We collaborated with Heinrich in his journey to completing his first Comrades Marathon. We explored the solitude of the training required, much of it in isolation and in the quiet of the darkness. Any runner will know, the successes on race days are the result of the hours of work completed in training; the hours that are rarely seen by others; the Dark Work.
