The coastline will always be my safe place. A space where the earth’s rhythms naturally unfold, where your soul can truly be replenished. Waves wash ashore and pull back again, unfazed by any of the world’s problems or anything that you might do or are going through. Time stands still, your heartbeat softens, all that exists is the sound of the waves lapping the shoreline. This is the coast.
